Product development at Kobleder primarily means close collaboration.

We structure the project process into the following phases:

Step 1: Initial Contact & Project Kickoff

Approach us with your project. We will evaluate your proposal and develop implementation ideas together. In the briefing, we define the process, timeline, and budget.

Step 2: Development & Prototyping

We begin with yarn and structure tests and, after successful sampling, create prototypes of shaped parts, studies, or complete knitted pieces.
In continuous exchange with you, the results are compared with our development goals.

Step 3: Testing & Optimization

After development is complete, the initial samples are jointly examined and evaluated. Details are adjusted, colors or functional solutions are optimized, and final production decisions are made.
The result is a market-ready and production-ready initial sample that meets all technical and aesthetic requirements.

Step 4: Production
